Ground Source Heat Pump Installation in Trearddur Bay

Overview

JM Renewable Solutions Ltd recently completed a ground source heat pump installation project for a private customer in Trearddur Bay. The client was looking for an energy-efficient and cost-effective heating solution for their new build property. After conducting a detailed site survey and assessment, JM Renewable Solutions Ltd recommended a NIBE 12KW ground source heat pump, fed by two 80m boreholes.

Installation

The installation process was completed in just one week, staying on schedule with the rest of the building works. The ground source heat pump was installed into the new build property and connected to the boreholes. The installation team also ensured that the system was fully integrated with the client’s brand new underfloor heating system also installed by JM Renewables.

Outcome

The NIBE ground source heat pump is a highly efficient and eco-friendly solution, providing the client with significant cost savings and reducing their carbon footprint. The system operates by extracting heat from the ground, which is then used to heat the property and provide hot water. The system was also eligible for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme, which means the customer has had £6,000 removed from their final bill.
