Introduction
This case study focuses on the successful installation of an energy-efficient heating solution for a residential property in Rhuallt, Denbighshire. The project involved replacing the customer’s outdated oil central heating system with an 11.2kW Mitsubishi Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) and a 210L cylinder.
Methodology
After the customer requested a free quote online, our quotation team started with an initial assessment of the existing oil central heating system. This evaluation helped determine the appropriate specifications for the new ASHP and cylinder. A bespoke design was created, selecting the reliable and efficient 11.2kW Mitsubishi ASHP and the 210L cylinder to meet the households heating and domestic hot water requirements.
Installation
The first step of the installation involved removing the existing oil central heating system. Our skilled technicians positioned and connected the new Mitsibushi ASHP and cylinder in optimal locations, ensuring efficient operation. Integration with the property’s existing infrastructure was carefully considered, enabling seamless system operation.
Outcome
The customer is on target to achieve a 30% reduction in heating bills compared to their old oil system. This will significantly decrease their carbon emissions.
